I have to start out in 2nd gear and keep the rpms low until the engine has at least reached 3 bars on the temp gauge. Not that I want to race it or anything. I just don't want it to buck like a bronco on sterroids.
Tom, I find this same thing happening in my '07 Si sedan, most noticeably in slow traffic on the highway. The most annoying part is the bucking/surging and general feeling of getting engine braking in first and second gear when just trolling along at less than 10 mph. Is everyone else experiencing this at low speeds? Also this happens when my engine is completely warmed up, not just at cold start.
