i didn't even know a thread like this existed!!! i was actually thinking about starting something similar the last couple days, so thanks highrev1 for bumping it back up to the top!

lots of good readin', i must say.

here's a topic to wrap your head around:
in respects to running negative camber and its effect on braking distance/abilities - (only straight line braking under consideration for this questioning)
which is "better"?
- stiffer susp., less extreme pitch under braking, running around -2.0* neg. camber.

- slightly softer susp., more pitch (nose dive) under braking, running around -2.0* neg. camber.

- with the realization that with compression there is an increase in neg. camber, would it be more advantageous (strictly in regards to contact patch size) to run a setup that allows less compression so as not to bring forth more neg. camber while braking?

- would it be "better" to run more static neg. camber with less susp. travel, or a bit less static neg. camber and with a greater amount of susp. travel?

- do we take into account the contact patch we can achieve at full dive? or do we compromise and attempt to achieve a better contact patch at around half compression?

....i've asked a lot of questions. ...feel free to pick and choose which ones you feel more prone to answer, or take on the whole big kahuna burger if you see fit.

it's way past my bedtime, haha, see y'all in the light of tomorrow.
