Your fuse ideas was great, Thanks

Here how I do it.
Tool needed: circuit crimping plier, fuse remover kit, wire (black-) and (red +)

1. buy "add-a-circuit" fron autozone or car part store

2. attach to your fuse box. I recommended the 7.5v radio fuse. I think the number is 35. Check your honda Civic manuel. It located near the back section. Make sure your secondary fuse is the same voltage where the fuse you plan to connected in the fuse box.

3. The "red" wire run to the switch ( toggle switch on/off). The middle attach to your positive (light, neon, etc..), The black wire ground it to your metal skeleton . Just look straight up beneath the driver dash. You will see the ground. It have two hole for grounding. You either get a bolt and nut or loop-it and tie it.

positive and negative wires and toggle switch

complete
You are able to turn on the neon light, courtesy light...etc. whenever or whatever as long the ignition key is turn on where you have power to radio, window, etc....
