I think I am switching back to the new improved Synthetic Honda MTF and see if that is any better. BTW, I never had any issues with the 3rd gear or any other gear until I switched fluids. Now second gear grinds all the time if I do High RPM shifts. (Let's say from 7000rpm on)

Don't worry, we're in the same boat. I'm grinding second an awful lot lately. I tend to shift fast and I just friggin' help it. Even at low RPMs, I'll flick the shifter really fast and hear that slight grind. The shifts are smooth, but I can't stand that second gear synchro.
