I did the same. Was on it, from 5 to 6, but went 5 to 4 by accident. Hit the rev limiter. Pulled in the clutch, shook my head, and felt a bit sick to my stomach. Then I read the Hondata testing, where they redlined our Si over and over, repeadedly, day after day, took it appart, and it was all fine. This ECU is very smart, and basically won't let you damage the car less putting sand in the oil or sugar in the gas. You should be fine. I was.
