I'm just so jealous at how gorgeous and consistent California's weather is. I regularly visit So. Cal for family members and it didn't rain once the last summer I was there. I would not hesitate to get a black car there. Try Ottawa's winter. There was so much salt on my car that it covered my license plate. bwahha.
