Jeshua, you aren't the first AJP boosted R18...they've had another one boosted for quite some time now. And Tony stated that it has been under supervision locally. You were simply closer to Hondata, so it would have helped them. They wouldn't have to fly Doug out and pay for his hotel, rental, etc.
I understand that you are upset about all of this and you have a right to be, but don't think for one second that they NEED you. R18's are everywhere, you just happened to have a better location. I have mixed emotions towards this whole ordeal, but you gotta look at this from a few different angles yourself bro.
They aren't strickly a performance shop. They don't sit around building boosted cars all day and playing on the dyno. They also have a very large number of local customers that need normal repairs and maintenance done, like tire rotations, inspections, oil changes, etc.
AJP doesn't see you as the key to their chances at being a fortune 500 company. You are just one of the customers, like many of us, that has to be taken care of in a different fashion. I had to wait til after their business hours to have my kit installed. We stayed up til midnight on 3 different nights. Marvie and a few others have seen this as well.
I called them weeks ago with a few questions, but they were busy and told me they'd call me back. They still haven't, but I know they are busy and that just b/c I bought a turbo kit from them, doesn't give me head of the line privileges with everything.
Just venting....try to look at it from every angle, I'm sure it's difficult. Good luck.
