I see your point as well. But theres a HUGE difference. I would call them every time they told me to call them for a progress report. I was called once at the most to say "Hey this is whats going on." Once. The second time I received a call from them was when Ron gave me a refund verification #. I always gave them the benefit of a doubt, because they needed me to put the kit into production... like the time they're taking to produce a kit is only costing them money... but they went about it all wrong.
