I went way out of my way for them. I drove 4 hours to the shop, then took a bus/train home. BOTH times I took my car down there, my car was there OVER a week and Doug never touched it. They told me the first time it would be a week tuned and everything. :x. They told me initially that I would be able to drop it off on a Monday and pick it up on a Friday if possible... which was far from possible for me. I left it there Tuesday-Thursday the first time, and Friday - the Tuesday a week and a half later. They wanted to keep my car another week to send out the part that they should have sent out 3 weeks prior. Whoops.. we forgot to tell you guys.
