Hondata wanted the test vehicle local. this provided you a benefit but thus created some issues as far as modifying the kit instantly. you were refunded all the money you spent with us completely. we didnt even charge any such restocking fees. after listening to the facts get distorted its pretty simply to see whats going on here. our final decision was made to webby over 2 weeks ago when he called the shop. wether or not he agreed isnt the real issue. we seriously would have tried to help you if you had continued with the installation but the fact is you decided not to not us. we also were able to get your vehicle done in time since your tuning session with Hondata was not until the middle of the following week and you were not going to be allowed to take your vehicle based on the fact you probably would have damaged it with some reckless action. the tuning would also have been included in the deal for not extra charge. beyond what you are aslking for you removed your vehicle from the shop. we didnt remove you o2 sensor so we will not replace nor pay for the replacement of it. i pull o2 sensors our of cars on a daily basis for tuning on the dyno and i manage to not strip them and this on much older sensors that the one in your car. either way posting in the forum in my eyes is a simple attempt at publically bullying us into giving you money you never gave to us. its an added expense that you incurred that you were well aware you might run into. you didnt complete the transaction you reverted to stock form in my honest opinion its more like you had buyers remorse or needed your money for personal reasons which is quite common in the retail world. i would ask whomever removed and damage your o2 sensor for that money and maybe if you considered calling us instead to publically tyrading on the internet to come to a valid solution on your 450.00 in fees you might actually get somewhere. asking us to pay for your labor to put you car back to stock verses asking us to pay for labor to complete your installation are two different sides of the fence.
Okay first off.. how was I supposed to know that the kit wouldn't fit? You guys told me that all you needed to do was put the kit on, and then tune it. It would be a week's time in and out no problems. Being far from the truth, when the shop got the kit and tried to install the kit they ran into numerous problems (and if you say that there weren't that many problems, how come it took you like 4 months to fix these?)

How could you guys charge me a restocking fee? You need the kit there for the next dumb ass to try to put it on their car for you. PLUS, I never received the entire kit regardless of what anyone in California knew. I'm gonna sell you a tree, with no roots. Sure it looks like a tree, but it will die in due time.
When I called the shop to check the fees before I took my car down, and then called you guys (Ben) and you told me that you would cover all other fees on top of what I was quoted, I expect you to stand by what you told me. But when I call back when my car is actually down there and I talk to Tony, and you tell me that you wont cover those fees, thats bullshit and terrible business.

I don't know how you can say that I needed that money for something else, because I don't. Sure I'm gonna have fun with it, but I didn't need it for college fees or anything. I'm really astounded that you're slandering me, when I'm just using facts against you guys and you're supposed to be a business and bringing up irrelevant things. You also go on to say that I would have probably done something reckless with my car... how old are you?

And I know I'm most likely going to have to sue you guys for the money back, I'm just warning potential customers that they should highly consider another route, because AJP has terrible business practice. PLEASE address everything I have stated, or just ignore it and let it stand. Your choice.
