I like seeing people come on here and defend a company because of their sucess, but in this case AJP actually needs to come in here and talk about this specific issue that JeShUa is encountering.
While AJP came through for some people (mostly people who could drive to FL, or live there from what it seems), it seems that others are being left out in the cold because they don't have their kit refined as advertized. In this case, it seems that they misrepresented themselves and were lazy about a remote installer. If they don't think their product is a bolt-on KIT, then they need to stop advertizing it as such and get qualified installers on board with their product, or stick to doing the installs themselves.
That's my $.02. AJP, get in here and make things right, or perish through bad business practice.
