Whats a kit if there is some fabrication work? Its definitely not a kit.. But in my situation, they didn't even send their "whole kit". And had it all been there, it would have required some custom fabrication. A kit to me would be something that someone with skills would be able to put in themselves. I don't think everyone is able to make themselves an EGR block off.
Aside from that.. I want to see how they explain why they gave me a shipping number, never shipped anything, and blamed it on UPS.
