I believe it may be either the dbw or clutch issue. If it is mostly in first gear, it is likely excess clutch hydraulic fluid. Ask your dealer if there is a TSB about reducing the hydraulic fluid in the clutch.
As a work around try experimenting when you get the bog:
1. You have been holding down the clutch a while at the light or
2. Just pushed it in.
I may be wrong here because this info came casually via a friend, no first hand knowledge of it. I have an AT and no bogging, only slushing...
