On my 2006 hybrid I had 17X8 OZ Superleggera wheels with 225/45/17 Kumho ASX all season tires on there. The OZ wheels are really light, but I think one of the problems were that my tires were not low rolling resistance tires. On a good day I could get 42 and that is all highway at steady 55ish speeds. Needless to say I put the stock wheels and tires back on and grew to like them.

Now I have a 2007 hybrid and have 17" HFP wheels on there with Si stock 215/45/17 all season tires on there and I am lucky to even get 40. But, the car is too new (50 miles) since the engine hasn't broken in. But, I am sure it will be the same or lower since the HFP wheels are heavier. I am trying to sell my HFP and I am going to put my stock wheels back on there.
