Basically thats how you start the process, then there is two screws inside the arm rest storage under the plastic mat thing, and then there is also two screws just above the shifter on the mount holding in the front. Then theres also clips on the drivers and passenger side at the very front that you just pull out the middle and they slide out then just sit in the back seat and slide it back. Actually a lot easier then i thought it would be

Yea, I ended up finding that link when I did the install, thanks for posting it here. Helped me out a lot. Everything is done (except amp rack facial) and sounds sweet.
I'll have to do the battery + - wire upgrade, lights dim some.
