i only know 130's so the info i give you will only pertain to that. i would definatly not want to become a fe. heres y

1. job is being phased out due to we know are fitting planes with computers.
2. they are they busiest person on the plane.
3. you are the daddy on the plane and have to keep everyone in check. The pilots can act like dumbasses and the engineer has to always be paying attention.
4. you have to know everyones job on the planes better than the specialists do.

be a loadmaster. while the plane is flying you are normally not doing anything but sleeping. now when you land you are busy loading but the time goes pretty quick. like i said earlier we have a very high multiplier so if you are doing 20 then you are good. now since you are a chief you are used to looking at plane systems so maybe its your thing but in the long run its not a great job. plus i dont think that the job opportunity is that good outside the military. loadmaster jobs are hard to come across but if you can get one they pay a lot of money. starting out at 80gs
