Good luck in getting your car aligned. Currently we dont have the spec's for the 06 Si in our alignment machine. But according to the instructions, you dont have to get it aligned b/c the camber angles dont change. I have the HFP kit on my car already and we did all the installation in 2 hours. Its very easy to do. The lift will help you out with the fronts but the rears will keep you on the ground since you cant do the whole rear swap with the car up in the air, just the weight of the car on the lift.
Performance wise the HFP kit is great. Yeah the bumps are more noticeable on the car but man can the car hold a corner even better than before. I have the whole HFP package with the HFP 18s and its barely lower than stock, and I mean barely. If you are going for lowering, dont get this kit, but if you want something that will help you outrun the cops on the backroads, this is it for you!
And I wanna find a new rear sway bar one of these days....
