Forget the last gen prelude
go with a 92-96 prelude You can pick one up relatively cheap and they look very good. I have a 93 Si still, I have it offered for sale (locally) but find myself having a hard time parting with it.
If you get one make sure it has an H22, otherwise later you will want to swap on the head on a H23 with an h22 head.
I will say the new Si has a lot of potential, In a couple years when my warranty is gone...
