FijiDeez - It was on the second page of the ad. If you have a Lowe's nearby they should have the ad still there.
TampaSi07 - Thanks for the info. I know my mother and my mother-in-law both have the artisan and neither have had problems. I'll be sure to post back in here if we have problems with ours!
