Yeah the Fit is surprisingly quick. It weighs in at only 2400 pounds so the 109hp doesn't have much to move. Also, the steering ratio is really really responsive as well.
The Fit really isn't a fast car, it's just a practical car that's fun to drive. I just got back after doing a round trip drive from Connecticut to South Florida (3000+miles) in the Fit with my friend and I have no complaints what-so-ever.
