Guys, I haven't had a M/T since my RX7 blew an apex seal a couple of years ago. I never changed the fluid but the shifts were perfect. I know you have to stay on top of an Auto transmission maintenence because the fluid can get dark/burnt and the filter can clog with metal shavings & pieces of internal bands & etc.
What's the process involved in changing the M/T fluid? What type of fluid does Honda recommend?
