hey this is pretty easily solved i believe, this process is also in the manual too.

I did it with my car (ex coupe 5spd) and all i did was pretty much the reverse of the last post where the guy copied the manual word for word. INSTEAD of holding the front part of the "lock" button, press and hold the "unlock" side of the switch for the whole 5 second dealie and you should hear the same clicks etc. This will auto unlock your doors when the key is turned to the off position. IMO its kinda handy for me, but it also sucks when you have passengers because it only unlocks the drivers door, and i ALWAYS forget to unlock for the passenger lol, and they never know how to get out because of the stupid lock design
