Hi! I need your opinion about the "dilemma" that I have...
Basically, I have this complete sound system (amp+sub in a box) that was parted out off my old civic coupe. I know for sure that the system is working perfectly fine.
Now, there's this guy from a local forum who's interested in buying.
However, I'm faced with this problem:
I don't have my old fully-wired civic on which I can test and show the guy that the system is working normally.
Moreover, the other guy said that he doesn't have his car properly wired (yet) to install the sound system.
Now..........If i sell my sound system to this guy, what should i do?
1. Tell him that transaction is final and condition AS-IS: meaning that he
can't come back and tell me that the system is not working and request money refund?
or
2. Tell him that he can come back to me if the system is not working properly and that he might ask for a full refund?
the thing is, how do i know what he has done to the system while it's on his possesion? WHAT IF that the system's problem was due to his own fault during installation?
what do you guys think? any opinions? comments?
thanx!
