You can get the Philips ultra-slim ballasts and bulbs from XenonDepot:

It's definitely not cheap buying each part individually. If you are buying the ballasts separately, then you are better off dishing out an additional $10-20 to buy the full blown 4300K kit that comes with bulbs and a wiring harness as well. Unfortunately, I don't think they have 9006 kits in stock:
