Im glad Im not the only one who installed HIDs w/o removing the bumper. I didnt remove the wheels either....I just lifted one side at a time, and turned the wheel all the way to the opposite side, and took the wheel well lining off the passenger side only. Then dirvers side I was able to do by removing the resovoir in front of the battery, and mounting the ballast below it!
