Do you know what is inside the valet keys of our cars? It's the exact same size of my sister's Element keys. So I was wondering if there could be a chip, if it was, maybe we can put the chip into the TL key and make it work? But how would the unlock/lock work?

Im getting tired of answering the same question about this over and over, because the explanation is earlier in the thread, so im going to be an ******* and very blunt, this isnt directed at you but everyone who cant seem to read the info I posted and continues to ask:

It does not currently work on 8th gen civics, it does not matter that you can get it to work on your (wife/friend/gf/bf/cousin/roommate)'s (accord/pilot/cr-v/element/tl/tsx/whatever other honda/acura you come up with thats out right now). All of the current honda/acuras on the market are Type-5 immobilizer systems and the 8th gen civic is a Type-6. The immobilizer chips themselves are compatible and can be programed for either system but the remotes arent.
