Natural gas IS a clean burning fuel, but has anyone though of how natural gas is produced. For natural gas to be used as a fuel, it has to go through a purification process in which "by-products including ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes and higher molecular weight hydrocarbons, elemental sulfur" are formed.

Electric cars should still be the way to go with wind or photovoltaics as the source... one can only dream, right?
