thanks for replying i took out the panel and i did find the clips bent the wrong way

so i softly straightened them and popped the panel back in without stripping the weather seal thing. So far so good... but meanwhile driving home i discovered rattling noise coming from under the passenger seat when i go over the uneven area. i got home and started tapping the side of the passenger seat and i hear the noise again. iono what it could be. Since i fixed the panel (HOPEFULLY) the dealer can give me a better answer for this one. and i will let the dealer know how retarded there service department is.
