If you believe in buying the right stuff and buying it once,I wouldn't recommend the cheap $25 ones.
The proper buffing/waxing machine is Porter-Cable 7424 which with all the extras will cost around $200.
I have one of those cheap ones and it is only good for buffing,not for removing swirls ,or scratches.
IMHO the cheap ones are a waste of money.
