That's what apple's been saying since day one. Even to upgrade the things that there were no reason to not have unlocked on the phone will cost money. That shouldn't be a big suprise seeing that they did it with the iPod. Every Gen that came out, they could of already added the feature and made it smalled. But, instead they decided to take it 1 step at a time, and make a grip of money. What's next with the iPod, themes?!
