I've had the RH and aftermarket catback on my RSX, and it was just too loud, too raspy/ricey sounding, and it just got old real fast. I was set on doing just a nice catback (Comptech) for the Si and not messing with the header and cat. However, with the recent introduction of the Hondata flash, I am considering the RH again. But I don't want to sound the way my RSX did.
After looking at Hondata flash page for the Si again, I noticed something, and decided to ask Hondata on their forum... check it out:

You'll see that they actually ran the RH w/ the stock catback. I know more than a handful of people that did this on ClubRSX as well to gain the benefits of the RH but without making it too loud, or losing the stock look.
Any other thoughts or opinions on it? I mean, you can see on the Hondata's dyno graph the amazing gains with the RH even with the stock exhaust, so it can't be too bad in a performance aspect, and I'm willing to bet it's not too loud either with the stock piping and muffler.
I'm strongly considering it.
