well if u cap it how is the water going 2 evaporate? its just going 2 turn into a gass then turn back into a liquid when it gets colled off then back into a gas. there is really no need at all 2 flush it, because it is just a pasage way around the TB for colant to flow into around and back out. thats all it is. so flushing it is kinda pointless but if you do flush it with watter just take an air gun or caned air(if u don't have a compresser) and blow it out 2 dry up the watter and blow it all outa there befor u cap it.
