Yes there are 2 ways to make this intake work:
1. Put your battery in the trunk and buy a battery relocation kit like this:

2. Buy the Password relocation kit and lower your battery about 12" lower than it is now and hugging the chassis and get a lightweight and very efficient Odyssey battery with it for $200.
