Take off the fuse box cover by the door sill. You'll see a huge grommet a few inches above it. Take that off and slice up the inside section to allow the 1/0g to fit thru. Then, run the cable thru the grommet. It will hit your side fender.

Now, turn the tire all the way to right i think. Remove like 5 of those plastic screw pieces from inside the fender from the front to the rear. This will allow you to stick your hands in there to help feed the cable. Now, what I did was send a snake, or a wire hanger from just behind the battery to the front of the fender. Then taped that to the cable, shove it back into the fender and then pulled thru to the battery. Took 10 minutes, tops. Now, running the 1/0 cable along the doors is a challenge and some mods to the sills may be needed. I have a dremmel and sliced off a few 'feet' to the sills to allow room. I also removed the top flap to the large white cable casing under the sill. Then I ran the wire in that section. Remove the back seat cushion and side piece and ran the wire up the side (mounted my distro block there) and ran into the trunk.

Good luck.
