As far as headlight alignment, the entire headlamp assembly is adjusted. To do this, open the hood, and just above the headlamp assembly you will see a little access hole in the black plastic grille cover with a pictogram of a headlight with "U" & "D" on it showing which is up and down. You will need a long phillips screwdriver to engage with some gear teeth that are behind the headlamp. Turn the gear to adjust the headlight.

It won't look that "raw" with the radiator support over it, but just look for those holes in the plastic. Like Orient Express said, the screwdriver will go into a "gear" to turn.
