well compression does have an effect on the safety of nitrous. Nitrous is a power adder just like a turbo or supercharger. In an engine that already runs higher compression it can get dangerous to run high power adders without beffing up the internals of the engine. With a 50 shot you won't have to worry, but if you start going bigger you will at least need to get some kind of fuel management system to make sure your car doesn't start going dangerously lean. Honda blocks are alot stouter than most people want to admit so up to about a 150 won't hurt you as long as you can keep enough fuel in there. Just like a turbo running 10psi won't hurt you as long as you keep enough fuel in going to the motor. Hope this helps.
